Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Stainless-steel 12-piece Cookware Set
I’ve had the Cuisinart MCP-12 MultiClad Pro Stainless Steel 12-Piece Cookware Set a few years ago and every piece had contributed a lot in all of my cooking. It’s also a great set to show off on the ceiling pan rack.
High Quality Cookware
Cuisinart made the pieces in this set from a combination of the highest quality metals: aluminum and 18/10 stainless steel. The aluminum core conducts heat very well and evenly, and while stainless steel does not conduct heat as well, it is more durable. The stainless steel exterior and interior is also non-reactive, so there will no metal residue left on the food.
“Stainless” doesn’t mean that it will not tarnish. As I use it throughout the years, it has gotten some stains but with some help from some citrus juice, it will shine like new. If you take great care of it, it will never let you down. The Cuisinart MCP-12 MultiClad Pro Stainless Steel 12-Piece Cookware Set durable and non-reactive metal will keep on enhancing your cooking. The surface will also not flake so that it will not harm your health.
The pieces will rest firmly and steadily on the burners as they are bottom heavy and yet, they’re so light. No amount of heat will heat up the handles, so you can be assured that the handles are cool to the touch during cooking.
Easy Cleaning
The cookware pieces in the set is not ‘non-stick’ so do expect some amount of food to stick on the surface. However, cleaning it up is easy. As I mentioned before, citrus juice can lift the stuck food. A dolloped of non-abrasive dish detergent and water will also help. Cuisinart do mention that the cookware is dishwasher friendly, but hand washing them is the best.

Cuisinart cookware may be good, but do check out the best stainless steel cookware set here. There is a huge price difference though. If you’re looking for a more budget friendly alternative, why not go for Farberware Millennium Soft Touch 12-Piece Cookware Set.
